Cancellations and Refunds
  • The 30% pre-payment is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
  • If the client cancels or changes the booking between 0 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
  • No Show:
    - If the client does not arrive at all, his credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the booking, resulting in the full amount for the reservation being paid.
    - It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. - Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our aforementioned clear and simple cancellation policy.
Amendments
  • If for whatever reason rentals barcelona is not able to provide the client with the property that has been booked, we will reserve the right to transfer him to a similar property. If there is a difference in price and the substituted property is less expensive, the difference will be returned to the client. If the price is higher the difference will be charged to the client.
  • If no agreement whatsoever can be reached both parties can cancel the contract, and the total amount of monies paid will be refunded. rentals barcelona will not be liable for any further claims from the client, and in case of any legal procedures both parts agreed as a waiver of their own laws to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of “Juzgados y Tribunales de Barcelona, España”.
